Additional container or replacement for the Vitamix. The container is oversized, 64-ounce capacity made from Eastman Tritan copolyester material that is virtually unbreakable, more chemical resistant and contains no BPA. This see-through, no-drip spout container lets you witness the processing from start to finish. It features raised calibrations for easily measuring ingredients in ounces, cups or metrics. Container includes wet blade and 2-part locking lid designed for easy removal. Hardened stainless steel blades break down food and ice inside the container for consistently smooth results. Lid has removable plug marked with measurements and allows ingredients to be added while processing. Spill proof lid vents to allow hot or cold food to expand and contract. 近年來房地產市場歷經政府打房、房價走跌，造成台灣房市低迷，國人進而將投資不動產目光轉往至海外，不過大多數投資客對海外市場並不熟悉，尤其海外不動產交易流程繁瑣、相關政經法規與政策，都是需要再三評估，一般限時活動的投資人很難了解海外房市的真實面貌，因此投資海外不動產值不值得，除了考慮投資報酬率外，更應謹慎思考，並了解投資背後存在的風險。
中信房屋總公司商仲部副理王藝樺提出，投資海外不動產可用3R指標檢視，所謂3R指的是Risk-風險、Rent-租金、Return-出場，接下來用3R指標，提供給對海外不動產有興趣的國人參考。
一、風險
政經情勢：剛進入海外投資市場，首重?量風險承受度，尤其要搞清楚自身對風險的承受度，才容易鎖定投資物件。王藝樺再三強調一定要關注當地的政經情勢，像東南亞因為政經情勢不穩定，房市波動幅度大，容易造成房產價值跌價，尤其不動產對政治與法令變動十分敏感，因此投資前後都要隨時掌握政策變動的脈絡。
產權：許多開發中國家只擁有地上權房產，年輕投資客因為風險承受度較大，選擇操作周期短、持有成本低的地上權房產（如：泰國、柬埔寨），此類型的房產如以50年計算，大約在30年後就開始跌價。所以王藝樺建議投資前，要先搞清楚土地或房屋的產權是採永久產權、或是僅有一定年限的使用權，才容易獲利。
二、租金
日本、美國、英國因為政經情勢穩定，租金也維持在一定金額，相對一年下來的報酬率更可穩定在5％左右，尤其日圓、美金、英鎊因幣值穩定，不會因為匯率的浮動而吃掉獲益，是相對值得投資的國家。
三、出場
投資人經過前面2R的篩選，接下來的出場報酬率可以預期會有1%~3%的增值率，套句「股神」巴菲特的價值投資理論，在基期低的時候進場，投資報酬率可期待的相對提高，這也是投資的不二法門。

交通部今(26)日指出，全國第一批三輛通用無障礙大客車自即日起將於台中地區提供服務！
鑒於國內已逐步邁入高齡化社會，使用輪椅之行動不便者、老人或身心障礙者搭乘無障礙運具外出或旅遊需求與日俱增，為提供行動不便者另一種運具選擇，交通部規劃並補助車輛，與台中市政府及客運業者攜手合作，率先啟動通用無障礙大客車並結合文化觀光景點示範路線運輸服務，以具體行動落實對行動不便朋友們行的關懷。
交通部考量現行大客車輪椅區設置，多以一至二處為限，致使身心障礙者與行動不便者團體出遊屢受限制，為鼓勵及協助身心障礙者與行動不便者走出家門，且因應老年化社會發展趨勢，及?量業者營運之需求等面向，規劃通用無障礙大客車服務，除納入通用設計公平使用、彈性使用、簡易、容易理解、省力等原則，提昇搭乘便利性外，並以強化身心障礙者（及其輪椅）使用需求及落實相關安全防護（快拆型束縛設施、三點式安全帶等）為主軸，打造一個安全舒適乘車環境。
為使通用無障礙大客車使用上更為靈活，輪椅區採彈性規劃方式，並於輪椅區附近配置陪伴者座位，以利陪伴者便於照顧。
台中客運為配合政府政策，積極推動通用無障礙大客車示範路線服務，其駕駛人均經過精挑細選，並完成相關無障礙設施操作暨服務之專業訓練，透過實際體驗，讓乘坐者感受到有別於傳統優質與親切服務。通用無障礙大客車提供無障礙創新服務，除可滿足行動不便者出門交通需求外，提供團體規劃無障礙觀光旅遊，客運業者可因為更新、更優勢、更舒適車內空間及無障礙服務內容創造更大營運優勢。
通用無障礙大客車正式營運是一個重要開始，象徵政府重視行動不便者行的人權。交通部表示，日後對於交通運具無障礙設施改善將納入通用設計概念，以逐步打造暢行無阻的交通環境目標。另為使身心障礙及行動不便者享受「無礙、樂活」的休閒生活，交通部所屬觀光局將持續推動結合無障礙交通運具無障礙旅遊示範路線，其中觀光局北海岸及觀音山國家風景區管理處訂於9月30日舉辦「無障礙獨木舟溫泉水療」體驗活動，並邀請身心障礙團體、新北市觀光旅遊推廣協會、旅行業者等共同參與。
